Driving good views and subscribers for the channel through great content
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into clean, high-quality YouTube videos for educational purposes
- Cut, trim, and rearrange clips for better pacing and narrative structure
- Add visual elements like text overlays, animations, diagrams, B-roll, and screen recordings
- Sync audio and video, and clean up sound quality where necessary
- Work closely with subject matter experts, scriptwriters, and content creators to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure videos are aligned with the channel s tone, branding, and educational style
- Suggest creative improvements in scripts and visuals for better learning outcomes
- Incorporate subtitles, background music, callouts, and transitions as needed
- Stay up to date with current trends in educational content, YouTube algorithms, and viewer preferences
- Organize and archive video assets, projects, and templates for easy access and reusability
