Required Marketing Executive - Ahmedabad

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive who will play a key role in converting inbound business leads into successful orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily inquiries from online platforms such as IndiaMART, Google, company website leads, or other digital sources. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the company 's product range, and the ability to generate and send professional quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management and Follow-up:

• Daily monitoring and handling of new inquiries/leads generated from platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Google Ads, Company Website, etc.
• Respond promptly to incoming business leads through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel sheets for regular tracking and reporting.
• Prioritize leads based on potential and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

2. Client Communication:

• Contact potential customers to understand their product requirements.
• Explain the company s products, features, specifications, and pricing to the client in a clear and confident manner.
• Handle client queries, provide technical/product-related information, and build trust through effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate product knowledge is shared.

3. Quotation Preparation & Sending:

• Prepare and send formal quotations to prospective clients based on their requirements.
• Ensure all quotations are well-formatted, accurate, and include complete commercial terms, delivery timelines, product specifications, GST, and other applicable charges.
• Follow up with clients after sending the quotation to address any queries and encourage order finalization.
• Coordinate revisions in quotations as per customer feedback or negotiation.

4. Order Coordination & Support:

• Once the order is confirmed, coordinate with internal sales or production teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all quotes sent and orders received.
• Assist in preparing invoices, dispatch documents, and order tracking if required.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
• Share customer feedback and competitor insights with the marketing or product team for continuous improvement.
• Submit daily/weekly reports of leads handled, quotations sent, and order conversions.
