Cyber Security Faculty

Will be responsible to provide Cyber Security& training to students. To take in-house batches of& Comptia Security , Penetration Testing, Certified Ethikal Hacker Courses& at Bsoft Campus.
Should have ability to learn and re - deliver in short time span. & Online & Offline Batches. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer Contract length: 24 months

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions in Cyber Security , covering both foundational and advanced topics such as:
  • Network Security
  • Ethical Hacking
  • Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Web Application Security
  • Malware Analysis
  • Security Operations Center (SOC) concepts
  • Incident Response & Digital Forensics
  • Risk Management & Governance
• Deliver instructor-led classroom or online training to students, working professionals, or corporate teams.

2. Curriculum Design & Development

• Develop and regularly update the training curriculum in line with the latest cybersecurity trends and certification updates (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security , CISSP, CISM).
• Create course content including presentations, lab manuals, assessments, and real-world case studies.
• Incorporate practical labs using platforms such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, Burp Suite, and online cyber ranges.

3. Student Assessment & Mentorship

• Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical exercises, quizzes, and mock tests.
• Guide and mentor students individually to clarify doubts and enhance understanding.
• Prepare students for global certification exams and help them build strong cybersecurity career paths.

4. Lab Setup & Technical Support

• Design and manage virtual lab environments for hands-on training in ethical hacking, network analysis, and system hardening.
• Assist in configuring tools and environments for different scenarios such as threat simulations or attack-defense exercises.

5. Research & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, tools, frameworks, and industry standards.
• Research emerging technologies like Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Security, AI in Cybersecurity, and OT/ICS security.
• Participate in cybersecurity conferences, workshops, or webinars to enhance knowledge and networking.

6. Corporate / Workshop Training (If Applicable)

• Conduct specialized cybersecurity training for corporate clients or during bootcamps and workshops.
• Customize course content based on client-specific security needs or sector-specific compliance (e.g., banking, healthcare, etc.).
