Job Description
Work Goals: To assemble, train, and oversee a group of insurance consultants and agents in order to increase sales goals and promote company expansion via the agency channel. Principal Duties: - Hire and educate new agents for insurance.
-Encourage agents to reach and beyond sales goals.
-Regular field visits are used to track and assist agent performance.
-Hold training seminars for sales and products.
-To maintain and expand the channel, cultivate a solid rapport with agents.
-Assure adherence to legal requirements and corporate policies.
