We re on a mission to simplify customer interactions through innovative SaaS solutions - and top-notch support is at the heart of our user experience.Role Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Chat) to be the first point of contact for our users via live chat. This is a non-voice, chat-based role best suited for someone with strong written communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a customer-first attitude.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner- Understand user queries and provide accurate, easy-to-follow solutions- Assist customers with platform navigation, onboarding, and feature usage (e.g., WhatsApp Business, call management tools)- Document frequent queries and contribute to FAQs and help center content- Collaborate with product and tech teams for faster resolution of escalated issues- Track and maintain performance metrics like First Response Time (FRT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)- Relay customer feedback and insights to the product team for continuous improvementRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in chat-based customer support (preferred)- Exceptional written communication skills in English and Hindi- Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy- Ability to explain technical processes in a simple and friendly way- Experience with platforms like Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar CRMs is a plus- Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Excel, and internal dashboards- Prior experience in a SaaS or tech startup is a bonus- Female candidates are encouraged to applyWhat We Offer:- Be part of a fast-scaling SaaS company- Collaborative, women-friendly work culture- Growth opportunities across customer experience, product, and operations- On-the-job training, mentorship, and performance-based rewards- Health insurance, leave benefits, and other employee perks (ref:updazz.com)
