We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to represent our cloud kitchen brand at D-Mart. This person will be responsible for distributing our menu to D-Mart visitors, promoting our food offerings, and taking direct customer orders to be passed to the kitchen team for quick preparation and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Stand at a dedicated kiosk or station inside/near D-Mart and greet incoming visitors.
Distribute printed menus and explain key offerings or special combos to shoppers.
Answer basic questions about menu items, ingredients, pricing, and delivery times.
Collect customer orders directly (in-person or via QR code/app if applicable).
Immediately communicate orders to the cloud kitchen team via phone, app, or POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery/pickup of orders.
Keep a daily log of visitor interactions, number of menus distributed, and orders received.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter/kiosk space.
Handle any basic customer complaints or pass them to the concerned department.
Ensure branding material (banners, standees, uniforms, etc.) is displayed correctly.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; Fresher Welcome
Good communication skills in [local language] and basic English.
Confident, presentable, and friendly personality.
Ability to handle basic mobile apps or POS systems for order entry.
Punctual, honest, and responsible.
Working Hours:
