Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to
close sales, onboard new customers, and build long-term relationships. The
ideal candidate should have a strong sales-closing mindset, excellent follow-up
skills, and the ability to set and monitor targets for the Business Development
team.
This role requires consistent client engagement, market analysis, and
structured sales reporting to ensure strong revenue growth and business
expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Closure & Revenue Growth
Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to deal
closure.
Identify client needs and pitch Sikkas logistics solutions effectively.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals.
2. Customer Onboarding & Retention
Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating with
operations, documentation, and finance teams.
Regularly follow up with clients post-onboarding to maintain engagement and
identify additional business opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
3. Team Leadership & Target Setting
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for Business Development
Executives (BDEs).
Monitor product-wise sales performance and guide the team to achieve
targets.
Assist BDEs in client meetings and negotiations whenever needed.
4. Sales Reporting & Market Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management meetings.
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer
feedback.
5. Strategic Follow-ups & Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to
maximize business growth.
Conduct periodic client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure
satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related
field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Business
Development, preferably in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply
Chain industry.
Industry Exposure: Prior experience in handling Air & Sea Freight sales is
a plus.
