We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Web Technologies to lead and guide our digital initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web presence, ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all digital channels. You will lead a team of talented web developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology
12 years in web technologies, including 3 years in a leadership role
Essential Skills
Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and API Gateways
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong programming and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in web dashboard and tool development
Strong project management and analytical abilities
Proven ability to lead high-performing development teams
