Key Responsibilities

1. Personalized Teaching

• Conduct one-on-one sessions at the student s home, focusing on the subjects or topics assigned.
• Understand the student s current level and design lesson plans that address their individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Use various teaching techniques (visual, verbal, written, interactive) to ensure clarity and retention of concepts.

2. Syllabus and Curriculum Support

• Teach in alignment with the school curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, or other boards).
• Help the student prepare for school exams, class tests, assignments, and homework.
• Clarify doubts related to textbook content and school lectures.

3. Progress Monitoring and Feedback

• Evaluate the student s academic performance regularly through informal tests, Q&A sessions, and homework review.
• Share feedback with parents/guardians about the student s improvement areas and strengths.
• Suggest study habits or schedules to improve academic performance.

4. Motivation and Mentoring

• Encourage students to take interest in studies and develop a positive attitude toward learning.
• Build rapport with students to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Support students emotionally if they are struggling with stress, anxiety, or confidence issues related to academics.

5. Time and Class Management

• Be punctual and maintain consistency in scheduled sessions.
• Plan classes in a structured and organized manner, ensuring syllabus coverage on time.
• Adjust teaching pace according to the student 's grasping level.
