We are seeking dynamic and dedicated male candidates for a Voice Process position in the night shift. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions effectively, following up on escalations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in English and/or regional languages, with a clear speaking voice and a polite, confident demeanor. The ability to work under pressure, maintain records of conversations, and collaborate with team members is essential.
The position requires working during night hours, so flexibility and adaptability to a rotational or fixed night shift is necessary. Prior experience in BPO or call center voice support is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided for the right candidates. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
