We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager to oversee and drive our B2C (Business to Consumer) online sales and digital presence. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing our ecommerce platforms, optimizing customer experiences, driving traffic, increasing sales, and ensuring the overall success of the company 's B2C online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C ecommerce strategy aligned with the company s overall business goals.
Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
Lead the development of promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and seasonal sales events.
Website Management & Optimization:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce site(s) to ensure smooth functionality, ease of use, and an engaging user experience.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the site is optimized for mobile, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.
Analyze site performance, monitor traffic trends, and recommend improvements to boost conversions.
Product & Inventory Management:
Work with the product and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product listings, proper stock levels, and up-to-date information.
Optimize product catalogs for the online platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and promotions.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve ad performance and customer targeting.
Manage the company s social media presence to drive brand awareness and traffic to the website.
Manage relationships with external agencies or partners for paid media and content.
Customer Experience & Retention:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized, responsive service and a seamless ecommerce experience.
Oversee customer feedback collection, address complaints, and work to improve service.
Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and foster brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze and report on ecommerce performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms to monitor KPIs and sales goals.
Provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders based on data trends.
Budget & P&L Management:
Manage the ecommerce department s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across marketing, technology, and operational needs.
Track and analyze costs to ensure the profitability of ecommerce operations.
Requirements:
Master 's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably with a focus on B2C.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and web technologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Experience in managing product listings, inventory systems, and online pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
