Responsibilities Throughout the designated shift, supervise and plan every aspect of manufacturing to guarantee seamless and continuous operations. Throughout the shift, lead, inspire, mentor, and oversee a group of technicians and production operators. To find and avoid flaws, scrap, and rework, regularly audit processes and products. Preserve a tidy, orderly, and secure workplace. Keep thorough production logs, records, and pertinent paperwork. Required Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
