Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the sales of high-quality jewellery boxes to retail stores, boutiques, jewellery chains, and other B2B clients. This role requires a strong understanding of product presentation, aesthetics, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with buyers, and growing sales in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective B2B clients including jewellers, gift shops, boutiques, and department stores
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, product presentations, and samples demonstrations
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable jewellery box styles, materials, and custom branding options
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules based on client requirements and company policies
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and maintain up-to-date CRM records
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and network
• Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met
• Stay up to date with trends in luxury packaging, display aesthetics, and jewellery retail needs
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in luxury goods, packaging, or related B2B industries
• Strong interest or background in jewellery, fashion, or premium retail presentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them clearly
• Valid driver s license and willingness to travel regularly within your sales region
• High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Working Conditions:

• This is a field-based role involving regular travel to client sites, showrooms, and events
• May include occasional evening or weekend work depending on client availability and event schedules
• Must be comfortable carrying product samples and presentation materials
