Key Responsibilities:- Student Advising: Offer one-on-one academic counselling to help students make informed decisions about their education, career direction, and available learning resources.- Course Planning: Guide students in selecting courses that align with their aspirations and academic progress.- Progress Monitoring: Track student performance and provide timely support and recommendations to enhance their outcomes.- Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement strategies to boost student motivation, involvement, and retention.- Workshops & Events: Lead academic success workshops, webinars, and info sessions to empower students with practical learning strategies.- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty, program managers, and support staff to deliver a seamless academic experience.- Feedback Analysis: Collect and interpret student feedback to improve services and optimize program delivery.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).- Experience: At least 2 years in academic advising, counselling, or student support, ideally in an EdTech or online learning environment.Knowledge & Tools:- Understanding of digital learning platforms and modern education technology.- Experience with CRM systems and student information tools.Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.- Organized, solution-oriented, and collaborative.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
