Job Title: Required for Field sales Executive Type: Full-timeRoles & Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
-Develop actionable strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
-Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.
-Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Candidate Profile: - 2 years in any field sales department- Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
-Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
