Job Description
Aromaaz is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development, preferably from IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, or the Insurance sector.Note- Only Females Candidates can applyKey Responsibilities: 1- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth. 2- Identify and onboard new business clients through effective networking and lead generation. 3- Handle client queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. 5- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes. 6- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 7- Prepare and present sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to management. 8-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Key Requirements: 1- 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or business development. 2- Preferred industry background: IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, Insurance sector. 3- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
