Job Description
Location: GurgaonSalary: - 3-4 LPAExperience: 8 yearsRole Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting sales operations within the industrial sector. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the sales team in streamlining processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders and deliveries.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing sales presentations.- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.- Handle client inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.Order Processing:- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the production or procurement teams.- Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.Client Relationship Management:- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to orders, deliveries, or products.- Assist in resolving any customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams for quick solutions.Sales Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for the management team.- Ensure that all documentation related to sales orders, agreements, and customer communications is properly maintained.Inventory and Stock Management:- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory management teams to ensure that products are available for order fulfillment.- Monitor stock levels and assist in order planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.Process Improvement:- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales operations.- Assist in the implementation of new sales tools, CRM systems, or procedures to optimize team performance.Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in industrial sales.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of the industrial market and products is an added advantage.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Key Skills:- Sales Coordination- Client Relationship Management- Order Processing- Sales Reporting- Inventory Management- Team Collaboration- CRM and MS Office (ref:updazz.com)
