As a Visual Merchandising Manager based in Noida, you will be integral to shaping the visual presentation and aesthetic of retail spaces, events, and shows, ensuring alignment with our brand s philosophy of quiet confidence and subtle elegance.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and support the brand s seasonal launches.- Manage and oversee the training of the store team on visual merchandising standards and store display protocols.- Create and update Visual Merchandising and Experience Manuals to reflect the seasonal calendar.- Coordinate the production and development of props and displays, managing budgets and liaising with vendors and suppliers.- Travel to oversee the setup and take down at events and trunk shows, both domestically and internationally.Qualifications:- 4-6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.- A Bachelor s degree in Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong understanding of retail merchandising best practices and principles of space or interior design.Other Required Skills:- Exceptional visual design capabilities with an ability to create visually appealing and minimalistic designs.- Strong planning and process development skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a keen understanding of cultural and creative dynamics.
