Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients to understand their requirements, managing workflows, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires a strong background in non-IT recruitment within a consulting organisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.We are open to candidates who are returning to work and are looking for an opportunity to re-enter the workforce.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their needs are met.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Workflow Management:- Prepare and manage workflows to ensure efficient operations.- Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring timely delivery of services.Non-IT Recruitment:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Operational Excellence:- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with organisational capabilities.- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve collective goals.Qualifications and Skills:Experience:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client support, operations management, or a similar role.- Proven experience in non-IT recruitment within a consulting organisation.Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organisational and workflow management abilities.- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Location:- Candidates must be based in Kochi.Additional Consideration:- We welcome applications from candidates who are returning to work after a career break.Why Join Us?- Competitive salary with no bar for the right candidate.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.- Career growth and professional development opportunities.
