It s Growth Services are focused on Venture Studio, Fractional Experts, AI powered Growth Selling, Growth Academy, EOR and Venture Assistance Services.Job Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses content marketing, SEO, learning and development, business development, and market analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Demand Generation:- Own and scale demand generation initiatives to consistently generate high-quality MQLs in defined ICP.- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, GTM) across paid, owned, and earned channels.- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with the revenue funnel and conversion goals. Content Marketing:- Work in collaboration with the content team for effective content, blogs, newsletters, etc.
-Develop storytelling that builds authority, trust, and drives engagement at every stage of the customer journey.- Manage content calendars for Social media handles for both inhouse and client. Performance & SEO:- Design and implement performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).- Increase engagements on different social media handles - Learning & Development (Internal Marketing Enablement)- Equip internal marketing and sales teams with learning resources, playbooks, and training sessions as and when required.- Promote a growth mindset and knowledge-sharing culture within the marketing function. Business Development Support:- Support GTM (go-to-market) initiatives with market research, positioning, and sales enablement collateral.- Nurture ecosystem partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand visibility. Market Intelligence & Analytics:- Continuously monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities.- Analyze campaign and pipeline data to inform strategic decisions.Qualifications:- Bachelor s in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.- 8-10 years of marketing experience in B2B and services based industry with a strong focus on content and demand generation.- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush/As, etc.- Proven ability to run integrated campaigns that drive MQLs and pipeline growth.- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication.
