Your role is to inspire, coach, and drive sales success while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to drive sales life. Key Responsibilities : - Give the field and sales teams back-end assistance.- Organize the teams in charge of sales, operations, and customer support.- Oversee data entry, policy processing, and documentation.- Monitor sales results and create reports.- Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.
