NagarRole Summary: We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager to drive business growth in the direct sales channel by recruiting, managing, and leading a team of agents/advisors. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies, maximizing agent performance, expanding market reach, and effectively working with company-provided leads to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Management of Agents: - Identify, recruit, and manage insurance advisors/agents in the assigned location.
-Train, coach, and motivate advisors to strengthen product knowledge and improve market understanding.
-Monitor and review agent performance regularly to help them achieve maximum business output.
