Job Description
Customer Service Executives are required to respond to all online responses, queries and to track customer responses, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction- To ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interaction- Coordinate with content team to ensure that the right responses are given for every query/complaintRequirements and skills:- 5-10 years work experience- Full-time, 6 days a week, hybrid (Chennai-based preferred)- Excellent communication skills in English- Hands-on experience with Customer Responses systems- Ability to meet deadlines (ref:updazz.com)
