You will lead outreach initiatives, cultivate meaningful relationships, and help position K2S Consulting as a trusted partner for digital transformation.Key Responsibilities- Identify and seize strategic growth opportunities through market research, lead generation, and outreach across creative, strategy, and technology domains.- Drive engaging conversations with prospects via email, social media, and other communication tools to showcase K2S Consultings value.- Build and strengthen market presence by sourcing, negotiating, and closing business partnerships and relationships.- Analyze market trends and potential business opportunities, evaluating financials and aligning with organizational priorities.- Craft and present compelling business proposals and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence product development and innovation.- Develop and execute pricing proposals for large enterprises based on customer profiles and requirements.- Facilitate seamless agreement sign-offs and handovers to the customer success team for efficient onboarding.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Experience: 5- 8 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in sales management within digital agencies, consulting, or the technology sector.Competencies:- Exceptional communication and networking skills for relationship building.- Analytical mindset to decode customer behavior and market insights.- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar.- Strong grasp of social media engagement and e-commerce channels.- Self-motivated, persistent, adaptable, and eager to work independently.If youre passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, K2S Consulting welcomes you to be part of our innovative journey!
