Job Summary:As a Client Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Your role will be to guide them through the journey of planning their wedding photography experience - from initial inquiries to final deliverables. You ll ensure smooth communication, build lasting relationships, and help reflect our values of creativity, reliability, and personalized service.Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Handle all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients- Consultation & Onboarding: Understand client needs, guide them through our services and pricing, and help with the booking process.- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (photographers, editors, logistics) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.- Timeline Management: Coordinate shoot schedules, pre-wedding discussions, deliverable timelines, and approvals.- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns or feedback promptly and tactfully.- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and suggest add-on services that would elevate the client s experience (e.g., albums, reels, teasers).- CRM & Documentation: Maintain updated client records, contracts, payment schedules, and feedback.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role ideally in events, photography, or creative services.- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.- High emotional intelligence with a client-first attitude.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM software, and basic Excel.- A passion for weddings, creativity, and storytelling is a huge plus!
