Introduction:The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for expanding the organization s reach by establishing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and physiotherapists. The BDM will lead local outreach, organize camps, drive OPD consultation channels, and ensure the successful promotion of SVF, PRP, and other core services.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare clinics for collaborative models.
-Execute OPD and PRP-camp collaborations with aligned hospitals and individual practitioners.
-Strategize and implement local business expansion campaigns city-wise.
-Monitor local performance metrics: number of leads, OPDs, consultations, PRP/SVF done.
-Drive awareness about Sahaj Therapy (SVF), PRP, and Knee/Hip Xpert services through educational activities and events.
-Coordinate with the marketing and closure team for lead follow-up and conversions.
-Maintain accurate reporting on outreach, closures, and partner engagements.
-Work closely with regional heads for execution of monthly revenue and patient care targets.
-Ensure compliance and alignment with brand standards in all activities.Qualifications & Skills Required:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
-2-6 years of experience in business development/sales in healthcare, pharma, or medtech industries.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage field activity city-wise.
