Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Promote solar products and services by reaching out to potential customers through cold calls.- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and market research.- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through regular communication and product demonstrations.- Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing expertise to enhance their sales performance.- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.- Provide ongoing customer support by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.Candidate Requirements:- A bachelor s degree is required.- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA Incentives Additional BenefitsContact Information: Binita P | HR TeamPhone: 91 9737138321 (ref:updazz.com)
