Job Description:Driving business growth in a particular region requires a dynamic Executive Sales Manager who oversees a network of agents in order to reach sales goals.Roles and Responsibilities:- Oversee agent hiring, training, and onboarding to build a solid workforce committed to promoting regional expansion.- Create and implement plans to improve agent performance and reach or surpass quarterly and monthly sales goals.
