Job Title: Inside Sales CoordinatorLocation: MysoreEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: Fresher - 6/12 monthsEducation: MBA in Marketing & SalesJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Marketing & Sales who are eager to kickstart their career in B2B sales and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead scouting, engaging with potential clients, and providing software/product demonstrations.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Research and identify potential customers through various online and offline sources.- Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts.- Cold calling and emailing prospects to initiate business conversations.2. Product Demonstrations:- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for potential customers.- Understand customer pain points and tailor presentations accordingly.- Address client queries and provide relevant product insights.3. Sales Coordination:- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule meetings.- Track and follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.4. Client Engagement & Follow-ups:- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates.- Build strong relationships with prospects to increase future sales opportunities.5.
