Location : Delhi NCR - Department : Sales / Outreach / Business Development Reports To: Outreach Manager / Sales DirectorJob Overview:We are looking for passionate and culturally aware individuals to join our Temple Outreach Team Member/ Pandit Outreach & Network Development Executive. This role involves direct engagement with temples, religious institutions, and community-based retailers to build meaningful relationships and promote our unique range of spiritual and religious products and services.Key Responsibilities : 1. Outreach & Relationship Building- Visit nearby temples, panditjee offices, and religious shops to introduce our offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships with temple authorities, religious leaders, and local spiritual influencers.- Act as a primary point of contact, providing consistent support and resolving any inquiries. 2. Product & Service Introduction- Present and explain our range of religious products, ceremonial items, and custom services (e.g., puja kits, event supplies).- Customize offerings to fit the specific rituals, traditions, or events of each temple or location.- Distribute brochures, promotional material, and product samples during visits. 3. Sales Support & Promotion- Generate and follow up on leads from temple visits and referrals.- Promote ongoing offers and services in line with local religious calendars and festivals.- Record sales activity, client preferences, and feedback in coordination with the sales team.- 4. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring- Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and customer trends in the religious product space.- Share key insights and suggestions with the business development team for continuous improvement. 5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support- Ensure timely product delivery and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.- Address and resolve queries or issues from temple authorities or shopkeepers efficiently.- Maintain a reputation for reliability, respect, and service excellence. 6. Event Support & Special Occasions- Promote upcoming festivals or events where our products/services could be showcased.- Coordinate special orders for pujas, temple celebrations, or seasonal promotions.Qualifications: Education & Experience ;Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Experience in sales, outreach, or religious community engagement.Bonus: Background in religious studies, marketing, or event coordination. Skills & Competencies :- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to engage diverse groups with cultural sensitivity and respect.- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of Hindu rituals, religious calendars, and cultural practices.- Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic CRM tools.
