If you re a go-getter with a knack for numbers and a hunger for success, this role is for you!Roles and Responsibilities : - Target ICP for the role : Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction Companies with turnover of Rs.500 crores to Rs.5,000crores in India.- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Develop a clear understanding of customer problems & needs. Identify & present the right matching SP product & solution.- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.- Represent SuperProcure at industry conferences, events, and meetings to enhance brand positioning and expand the customer base.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless communication with prospects.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.Skills and Qualifications:- Education - Engineering Degree. MBA would be an advantage.- 3-5 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS Product.- Proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.- Experience in selling complex solutions with a consultative sales approach. Deal size ranging from Rs.5lac to Rs.50lacs.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence decision-making at the executive level.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a passion for success.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Previous experience in Logistics Tech/Startup Technology? Bonus points!
