Role Overview- As a Customer Executive at Flywl, you will be the frontline support for our US-based clients, addressing their queries and ensuring seamless interaction with our platform. Your expertise in AWS and Azure will be crucial in resolving technical issues and guiding customers through cloud-related challenges.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers via phone, email, and chat.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS and Azure environments.- Provide guidance on cloud configurations, resource optimization, and basic deployment issues.- Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.- Monitor system health and performance based on customer feedback.- Identify areas for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support with a focus on technical troubleshooting.- Proven hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.- Strong understanding of core cloud services such as compute, storage, networking, and monitoring.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users effectively.- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.- Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones.Preferred Qualifications- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification.- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or higher certification.- Experience in a support role within a SaaS or IT services company.- Knowledge of DevOps practices is an added advantage.Benefits :- Competitive salary with night shift allowances.- Health insurance and wellness benefits.- Professional development and certification support.- Collaborative and innovative work culture.
