Designation - Team Leader - SalesKey Responsibilities:1. Team Management:- Lead and manage a team of tele callers and sales officer.- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets and quality standards are met.- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.2. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:- Drive the team to achieve sales targets, generating leads and successfully converting them into loan/mortgage applications.3. Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure that all clients are provided with accurate, up-to-date information regarding loan products and services.- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Reporting & Data Analysis:- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outbound calls, sales performance, and team metrics.- Report progress and results to senior management regularly.5. Team Motivation & Development:- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.- Organize regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and feedback.6. Process Improvement:- Propose new strategies for optimizing lead generation process.Key Requirements:1. Experience:- Minimum of 3-4 years of total experience in the loan, mortgage, or financial services industry, preferably with outbound calling experience.- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role within the mortgage or loan industry.2. Skills & Knowledge:- Strong understanding of loan products, mortgage processes, and financial regulations.- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve individual and team goals.3. Education:- A bachelor s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.Salary RangeAs per last company experience plus incentives (ref:updazz.com)
