We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewellery Store - Sales Manager to join a prestigious jewelry showroom in Panvel,- Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to take their career to the next level in the luxury retail industry.Position : Jewellery Store - Sales ManagerLocation : Panvel - Mumbai (Maharashtra)Experience : 3 years as Assistant Showroom Manager or Showroom Manager. Jewellery showroom experience is must .Key Responsibilities:As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of the showroom. Your responsibilities will include:- Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding the showroom s sales goals. You will oversee the team and develop strategies to boost performance and revenue.- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers receive exceptional service at all times. You ll maintain high standards of customer interaction, handle customer complaints effectively, and enhance the customer experience to foster repeat business.- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a team of over 40 members. You will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance, and developing the team to achieve personal and company-wide goals.- Internal Efficiency Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the operational processes within the showroom to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices to streamline workflows.- Store and Employee Management: Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring that all employees are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and growth.- Compliance Management: Ensuring all store activities comply with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards. You will oversee the maintenance of proper records, stock management, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.- Shift and Leave Management: Planning and managing staff shifts, leave rosters, and ensuring the store is adequately staffed at all times to meet operational needs.- Performance Monitoring: Establishing targets for sales team members and monitoring their progress. You will ensure that each individual is motivated and held accountable to deliver results, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Boosting Productivity: Identifying areas for improvement within the showroom and implementing strategies to increase overall productivity. This includes optimizing resources, inventory, and sales processes to enhance the showroom s performance.Requirements:- Proven experience as an Assistant Showroom Manager or Showroom Manager, specifically in a jewelry showroom.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you are passionate about the jewelry industry, have excellent leadership skills, and are looking to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!Interested candidates can share their resume at 8889997631.
