We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads into insurance policy issuance while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion:- Proactively engage with leads generated through various channels, including but not limited to, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.- Present and explain insurance products effectively, addressing any concerns and objections to facilitate lead conversion.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.Insurance Policy Issuance:- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.- Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to expedite policy issuance while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.Customer Service:- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.Relationship Building:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.- Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company s network and generate potential leads.- Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.- Proven 1-5 yrs experience in sales preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.Benefits:- Excellent Incentive scheme and career Development optionsIf you are a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
