Required Sales Executive - Jamnagar

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the brass industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base in domestic and/or international markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities in the brass components market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable brass products (e.g., fittings, terminals, fasteners).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms with clients.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of sales, customer information, and reports using CRM tools.
• Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the brass or metal components industry.
• Strong knowledge of brass products and their industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed (domestic/international).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Familiarity with export processes (if applicable)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in English and regional/local languages
