Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates
2. Provide information about job opportunities and company details
3. Assist candidates with initial inquiries and direct them to HR
4. Draft engaging job postings for various platforms
5. Manage and update job listings on the company website and portals
6. Reach out to candidates through email and phone communication
7. Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates
8. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Collaborate with the HR team to understand recruitment needs
10. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions
11. Seek opportunities for learning and development within HR
