Job Description
This position is responsible for managing client service and operations with a Wealth Management FirmKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Assist the business team with various tasks such as onboarding, transactions, MIS preparation, portfolio reporting and other responsibilities assigned by management- To co-ordinate with AMC/channel partners/third parties to ensure early resolution of issues/requests from customers- Develop proficiency in client-servicing software like Mint and other similar software- Maintain client data and enter client information into various systems, including CRM- Proficiency & Accuracy with order placement into exchange, NSE/ BSE Online Platforms & physical forms- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and wealth advisorsEligibility Qualification:- Candidate should be well versed with mutual funds and should have cleared or will be required to clear NISM - VA Mutual Fund exam- Candidate should be self-motivated to drive for excellence- The ability to adapt and work independently is crucial- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills- Positive demeanour and interpersonal skills are valuedSalary Range : As per candidate s profile, Max upto 7.5 lacWork Experience : 1-3 years Mutual Fund IndustryEducational Qualification : Any Graduate or Postgraduate (ref:updazz.com)
