Job Description
Job Title: Property Sales ExecutiveJob Location:- Prayagraj (Allahabad) UPIndustry: Real EstateSalary: 2-3 Laks per annum- Promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.- Attend client meetings, site visits, and property tours.- Provide accurate information on available properties, pricing, terms, and conditions.- Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth closing.- Stay updated with current market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
-Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events.- Coordinate with customer and Bank for property loan or documentation. (ref:updazz.com)
