Job Description
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, etc.)- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret hydraulic schematics.- Lead regional sales and marketing efforts to achieve business targets.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.- Good Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication to connect with clients and teams.- Willingness to Travel - Comfortable with occasional client visits and business meetings.- Technically Strong - Ability to understand and communicate technical product/service details.- New Business Development Skills - Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.- Leadership Skills - Ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward success.
