Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer / Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration, with a specific focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. You will play a key role in delivering and optimizing GRC solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) to meet client requirements.
Customize ServiceNow GRC solutions by developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and business rules.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within the ServiceNow GRC environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes effectively.
Ensure solutions align with best practices and adhere to ITIL and GRC frameworks.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of GRC modules, ensuring optimal performance.
Develop documentation for solutions and processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
Mentor and guide junior developers or consultants, sharing knowledge of ServiceNow GRC best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 1-2 years focused on GRC modules.
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Scripts, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, etc.
Expertise in ServiceNow integration with external systems using Web Services, REST, SOAP, or other technologies.
In-depth understanding of ITIL, GRC frameworks, and related processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
Ability to provide ongoing support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
