Job Summary
We are looking for an efficient and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources tasks, assist in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations. Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation job-boards.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and new-hire orientation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews, tests, and final selections.
- Manage onboarding process documentation, induction, and orientation of new hires.
2. Employee Records & Database Management
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and generate reports as needed.
- Handle joining and exit formalities smoothly.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly inputs like attendance, leaves, and bonuses.
- Maintain records of statutory compliance and handle audits if required.
- Handle HRMS or attendance software and update records regularly.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions, surveys, and satisfaction checks.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Track employee performance and assist in appraisals or performance reviews.
- Maintain training records and post-training feedback.
6. Exit Formalities
- Coordinate resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Ensure clearance, handover, and documentation is completed on time.
- Record and analyze exit data for trends or concerns.
