Trisita Engineering - Renewal Specialist (2-5 Yrs) Mumbai (Sales Management)

We are looking for a customer-focused Renewal Specialist with experience or interest in the AEC sector. In this role, you will manage subscription and service contract renewals for AEC-focused software, tools, and platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to drive timely renewals, mitigate churn, and maintain long-term client relationships within the AEC community.Key Responsibilities :- Manage renewal cycles for software licenses, service contracts, or subscriptions used in AEC workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, project management tools).- Engage AEC customers proactively to discuss upcoming renewals, usage trends, and needs.- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes, ensure contract accuracy, and secure timely signatures.- Partner with account managers and solution engineers to identify opportunities for upselling or value-added services.- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and customer data in CRM and renewal tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Communicate customer feedback to product and support teams to improve client satisfaction and retention.- Educate customers on product value and ROI, particularly as it relates to AEC project outcomes and industry standards.Qualifications :- 2 years of experience in a renewal specialist, sales support, or account management role-preferably in the AEC industry or with AEC software solutions (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.).- Familiarity with subscription software models and CRM systems.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.- Customer-first mindset with a working knowledge of AEC client needs and workflows.
