Designation: Digital Marketing Executive (Intern)Job description: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to drive our internet and social media marketing efforts tailored to B2B audiences. The role requires the individual to work with a digital marketing consultant who would provide direction, plan and approach as well as colleagues within the organization who would provide content to execute the digital marketing plan. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique nuances of B2B marketing and can develop compelling campaigns that generate quality leads, build brand authority, and drive measurable business outcomes.Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field/ MBA StudentExperience: Not required. Any related experience may be considered additional qualification.Required Capabilities:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Focused and result driven- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics .- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.- Ability to engage with colleagues and work with them to get content based on theirexpertise.Other desired capabilities:- Ability to use content development tools like figma, canva etc,- Any experience in digital/social media marketing .Key responsibilities:- Develop, and execute B2B-focused digital marketing strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, company and OEM website .- Manage company social media accounts with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and brand positioning.- Create, schedule, and optimize content such as posts, videos, blogs, whitepapers, newsletters and case studies tailored for B2B decision-makers.- Run and monitor paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other B2B advertising networks.- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing content with customer pain points and product value propositions.- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and provide regular reports and insights.- Grow and manage an email marketing list; develop and send newsletters and drip campaigns.- Keep up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in B2B digital marketing.
