This role involves handling customer queries and issues over voice calls in a prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner. -Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
-Provide accurate and relevant information based on customer needs.
-Record and update customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
-Follow defined workflows and service protocols to resolve issues efficiently.
-Work towards achieving set performance targets including call quality, response time, and resolution rate. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role.
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed during challenging conversations.
-Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.
