Associate - Client Onboarding (0-5 Yrs) Ahmedabad (After-Sales/Customer Service)

- Understand procedural requirements for the onboarding process, KYC and Anti Money Laundering checks ensuring that documents and applications are compliant with company policies.- Monitor and verify onboarding processes through third-party and ID Certificate reports in accordance with AML regulations.- Support team in executing enhanced due diligence and conducting investigation for new documents and not limited to the onboarding procedure.- Evaluate overall team performance including onboarding task efficiency, team satisfaction, retention and growth.- Track and analyze team performance Identifying both minor and major issues caused and recommending areas for improvement.- Provide technical guidance and support team throughout the onboarding process.
-Foster effective communication and collaboration within the Senior Team to address strengths, resolve challenges and identify potential areas for improvement within the department.- Liaise with internal and external Department teams to obtain and validate correct procedure.- Monitor email, chat and task correspondence to ensure timely processing and adherence to quality standards.- Ensure adequate team coverage for all shifts including holidays and days off.- Provide training to ensure the team s knowledge and skills remain up to date while maintaining high-quality standards.
