We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive banking officer to stimulate business through direct sales and to form a high-performing team from the open market. This role encompasses lead generation, acquiring clients, and recruiting agents or partners for the purpose of business expansion.Roles and responsibilities:- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through field visits and thorough market mapping.
-Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents or team members from the open market.- Train and encourage the recruited team to accomplish sales targets.
-Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of quality business.
-Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly sales and recruitment objectives.Candidate profile:- Applicants should be graduates or have finished their 12th grade, along with considerable experience in field sales.
