An aging list of unpaid claims, insurance denials, and a lack of clear communication with payers directly threaten a healthcare provider's financial health. Without a proactive approach to resolving these issues, revenue gets stuck, cash flow becomes unpredictable, and the business faces significant financial risk. Role: We are looking for an AR Caller to be the driving force behind our accounts receivable. it is a critical role that requires a blend of sharp analytical skills, clear communication, and unwavering persistence. Your core responsibilities will be: Claim Resolution: Proactively calling insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims, resolve payment discrepancies, and identify the root cause of denials. Negotiation & Appeals: Articulating our position and negotiating with payers to overturn denied claims, resubmit corrected claims, and secure accurate payment. Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously documenting all follow-up actions and communications in our billing system and preparing reports on claim status and aging. Compliance: Ensuring all billing activities and communications adhere to strict compliance standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
