Start Strong Injection Molding Machine Operator Job Description: We require a seasoned Injection Molding Technician to run and maintain molding equipment, execute quality production, and resolve problems to achieve seamless operations. The successful candidate should be practical in injection molding and familiar with plastic processing. Principal Duties: Initiate and operate injection molding machines according to manufacturing schedules Perform tool changeovers and machine adjustments as needed Check and correct production quality when necessary Regular cleaning and maintenance of molding machines and tools Identify and solve molding problems such as short shots, flashing, warping, etc. Enforce safety and quality regulations Keep proper records of production and maintenance Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments for ongoing improvement Train junior operators when necessary Requirements: Good understanding of various plastics PP, ABS, Nylon, etc. and molding parameters Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2 to 5 years Pay: 25k to 30k per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Education: Diploma Preferred Interested Call Amirtha HR
