Associate Customer Care

Job Objective: To handle inbound and outbound calls, generate travel leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide excellent customer service to clients seeking domestic and international travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information on travel destinations, packages, and pricing.
• Generate and follow up on travel leads through calls, emails, and social media.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with vendors and travel partners for seamless service delivery.

• Excellent communication and sales skills .

• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools .
